Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities-
• Lead a young and dynamic brand team to produce world class events, promotional campaigns and marketing communications.
• Be up to date on the latest marketing communications
• Be up to date on the latest marketing trends across traditional, digital and emerging channels.
• Understand client requirements and brand guidelines to create immersive consumer experiences.
• Create and implement exciting marketing plans based on brand personalities.
• Lead brainstorming meetings and create sessions.
• Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure consistency across all communications.
• Supervise the department’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
• Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy and presentations.
• Understanding of how creative roles complement other departments, such as sales and finance.

Key Requirements-
• MBA or CIM qualified.
• Operational knowledge of industry standard creative software packages
• Fluency in verbal and writing English.
• Knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing model.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• 5 years in a senior creative or FMCG Brand marketing role.
• Knowledge on previous experience working with multimedia, print industries, advertising agencies and creative talents.
