Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Insurance Marketing Officer, based in Matugama. The Marketing Officer will engage in market research, develop and implement marketing strategies, foster client relationships, and promote the company's general insurance products. Responsibilities include creating campaigns tailored to increase product visibility, managing social media marketing initiatives, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth in the region.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Market Research and Marketing to identify trends and develop strategies.
• Proficiency in Communication and Social Media Marketing to engage and attract potential customers effectively.
• Sales acumen with the ability to build relationships and close deals with clients.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle diverse tasks and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in insurance or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Matugama area and local market conditions is an advantage.
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
