Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Pannipitiya. The role involves providing medical support, offering patient care, conducting healthcare training sessions, and ensuring adherence to healthcare standards. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, tasks will include emergency medical response, communication with healthcare professionals, and delivering solutions to enhance overall patient care.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Emergency Medical Treatment (EMT) and Medicine
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
• Experience in healthcare-related Training activities
• Proven expertise in the Healthcare domain and a keen understanding of healthcare practices
• Bachelor's degree or certification in a relevant healthcare field
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Previous on-site healthcare experience is advantageous
